AACN Live Webinar: Coaching Nurses on Building Resilience in a Turbulent Time
AACN is holding a live webinar on Thursday, September 3rd, at 1 p.m. ET on building resilience during this time of COVID-19.
"The COVID-19 pandemic and the stress it imposes on acute and critical care nurses will have a lasting impact on our nursing workforce. The webinar presentation, which incorporates a case study, panel discussion, and participant Q&A, will explore:
- The pandemic’s impact on nurse well-being.
- Coaching skills essential to mitigating stress and promoting resilience.
