Apply now! 2024 President's Theme Scholarship - "Rising Together"

In honor of the bedside nurses who are Caring for the Heart of Florida, considering the current AACN President's Theme of "Rising Now,” the Metropolitan Orlando Chapter of AACN is offering two "Rising Now" scholarships. Each scholarship covers the cost of both AACN (national) and MOC (local) membership dues for one year (value of $103).
The scholarships will be awarded to two people:
1) A bedside nurse who is not a current AACN/MOC member
2) A current AACN/MOC member who nominated the winning bedside nurse.

Submission Criteria:
- The nominator must be both a current AACN (national) and MOC (chapter) member.
- The nominee must actively work part-time or full-time in direct patient care.
- If your nominee is selected as the winner, you (the nominator) will also win the same scholarship.

Deadlines:
- Submission deadline: Friday, May 3, 2024.
- Winners will be announced during Nurses Week (May 6 – 12th) via MOC social media. The winners will also be notified by email and provided further instructions for scholarship redemption.
- Scholarships must be redeemed by December 31, 2024.
