SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Unit/department representative (submitting nurse) must be a member of AACN (national) and MOC (local).
- Unit/department manager of the submitting unit must approve or participate in this project (the unit/department manager may act as the unit/department representative).
- Unit representative (hereafter known as "Representative") must create a HWE Assessment survey for the unit/department and disseminate the link to the unit/department. The survey is ANONYMOUS.
- 10% of the unit/department staff must complete the HWE Assessment Survey.
- We recommend setting the deadline for your unit/department to complete the survey to allow time for your team to develop a plan and complete this Google form by the application deadline of July 1, 2026.

DEADLINES:
- Google form submission deadline: July 1, 2026
- Winner will be announced after the July MOC board meeting and via social media. The winners will also be notified by email and provided further instructions for scholarship redemption.
- Interventions must be implemented by January 31, 2027.
- Unit/department evaluation must be presented by the end of the 2026-2027 fiscal year (June 2027).
